SUPREME Court Bar President Aitzaz Ahsan has said that PML-Q and MQM were apparently involved in the May 12 incident and demanded judicial inquiry into it.
Talking to a private TV channel, Aitzaz maintained that lawyers have confidence in the Parliament but they would not accept any constitutional package prepared in consultations with the Attorney General.
He said Asif Zardari had assured him about the reinstatement of judges. He termed wrong SHC’s decision not to investigate the May 12 incident.
Responding to a question, he said that the lawyers movement will continue till the reinstatement of judges.
