Chief Executive Officer of Bahria Town, Ali Riaz Malik submitted his statement for the case against Dr. Arsalan Chaudhry today and denied any Bahria Town involvement with the Chief Justice’s son, according to a private TV channel.
The statement further claimed that Bahria Town had been doing its taxes uprightly.
It also clarified that Malik Riaz had resigned as CEO and was no longer affiliated with the company. The shares are now owned by his son Ali Riaz and his wife Beena Riaz.
The statement was given by Ali Riaz’s counsel, Ail Zafar and it stressed the fact that there were no accusations against Bahria Town itself in the suo moto case against Dr. Arsalan Chaudhry.
