Aitzaz Ahsan was addressing the media in Islamabad. Aitzaz Ahsan said that the President has the right to decide over the matter of seniority of judges under the constitution, adding that the chief justice has also acknowledged presidential discretion in this regard.
Addressing the media in Islamabad, Aitzaz Ahsan said that tension over the issue of judges appointment is escalating in Islamabad High Court.
In response to a question regarding the judicial commission inquiry, Aitzaz said that all the inquiry of commission will be considered as null and void over seniority matter, adding that judicial commission should comprise people who are constitutionally nominated.

I thinks all pakistanis understand the role of Aitzaz. He has now no more respect in pakistani peoples heart. So nobody care what he says.
