ISLAMABAD, (SANA): Supreme Court of Pakistan will resume hearing of presidential Reference sent by the President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan Under Article 186 of the Constitution to revisit the case of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto on Monday (tomorrow).
A nine-member bench of SC headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and comprising Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan, Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, Justice Tariq Parvez, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany, Justice Amir Hani Muslim.
The apex court would before starting the hearing would decide the matter of show cause notice issued to senior counsel Babar Awan on statement against court notices which were issued by another bench of SC comprising Justice Aijaz Afzal Khan and Justice Athar Saeed.
The apex court took notice of Babar statement has issued notice and sought explanation from him that he may tell the court that why his license should not be cancelled.
