ISLAMABAD: Spokesman of deposed chief justice Athar Minallah Advocate said if Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry evicted from his residence by force it will be a criminal act and its responsibility will fall on district administration, Interior Advisor Rehman Malik and President Asif Ali Zardari.<\/p>\n
Athar Minallah has submitted an application in Police Station Secretariate, Islamabad in which he has stated that a plan has been made to evict the deposed CJ along with his family from the government residence and to send them to Quetta.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf this is done, it must be considered abduction,\u201d he further stated.<\/p>\n
