The Former Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry announced the formation of a political party named as the Pakistan Justice and Democratic Party (PJDP) in Islamabad on Friday December, 25th.<\/p>\n
He declared this inauguration on the Pakistan’s founder Mohammad Ali Jinnah’s birthday and religious holiday for Christmas Eve in Islamabad hotel in the Pakistani capital Islamabad. The presence of nearly a thousand people in the formation of his political party, while the objectives. CJP (r) Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry said that the parliamentary system in the country will struggle for the presidential system of government.<\/p>\n
There were no popular legal experts and significant political figure on the stage whilst Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry was speaking with his present audience except some less known legal figures whom were involved in the lawyers movement of 2007.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Former Chief Justice Chaudhry said that he could get out of the scene and lay-back and enjoy the comfortable and luxurious life, but he is leaving all that for betterment of people of this country. He also mentioned that he has chosen political ground to save country from the donkey’s who are eating this country for their personal interests.<\/p>\n

Chief Justice of Pakistan (retd.) Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry announced the formation of his political party today, after the 2 years of his retirement. Under the law, any person who serves a public office can not be involved and part in the policital activities until 2 years went down after his\/her retirement. Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry was retired in the December of 2013.<\/p>\n
Iftikhar Chaudhry mentioned that we will include those in our party who have affection with Pakistan. His party would only welcome non-corrupt people, those whom have not accused in corruption cases. He said without criticizing the leadership of Pakistan’s two leading parties including the ruling Muslim League and the Pakistan People’s Party; we will include those who have not won elections and stolen mandate with the money of ISI – Sources Deutsche Welle.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Chief Justice (r) said, Our relationship will be with them, who will live and die in Pakistan. Iftikhar Chaudhry condemned all the self-exiled politicians who left country and nation in the hard times of Pakistan.<\/p>\n
